Concentrated Evil Jason Kosmas 1:30 PM
Great cocktails are conceived with the idea of building flavor. Whether ingredients are complimenting, accentuating or contrasting flavors, there is a level of understanding that goes into the composition of a cocktail. In The Seminar on Concentrated Evil, Jason Kosmas will discuss the components that make up a cocktail by analyzing their flavor profiles. By abandoning conventional trappings, Jason will teach how to look at a cocktail through the prism of taste. Whether a base spirit, liquor, juice, fruit or sweetener, he will demonstrate the most effective way to add richness, life and pop to cocktails. Kosmas will also reveal the mentality behind making homemade ingredients as an opportunity to add depth and complexity. Cocktails that best illustrate these examples will be served to fill your mind and warm your soul.
